2. Subscription Plans

  • Free Tier: Free credits may be available (subject to change)
  • Pro Subscription: Monthly/annual recurring billing with additional credits and features

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription from the billing portal or by contacting support
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period
  • Unused credits remaining at cancellation are non-refundable

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failures: If the Service was unavailable due to our technical issues for an extended period
  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amount charged
  • First-time Subscribers: Within 7 days of initial purchase (subject to usage limits)

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Change of mind after 7 days of purchase
  • Unsatisfactory AI results (we cannot guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes)
  • Credits already used for generations
  • Account violations leading to termination

6. Processing Time

  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

7. Third-Party Payments

Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. You may contact AIChangeColor.com at [email protected] for refund or cancellation assistance, and we may coordinate with Creem where required to process eligible refunds.

8. Data Deletion Upon Refund/Cancellation

Upon subscription cancellation or refund, your generated images and account data may be retained for a reasonable period. You may request deletion by contacting [email protected].
