By accessing and using AIChangeColor.com ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

AIChangeColor.com provides an AI-powered hair color changing tool that allows users to upload photos and generate AI-transformed images with different hair colors. The Service uses third-party AI providers (APIMart/Gemini) for image processing.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Usage Rules

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload images that contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service in a way that interferes with other users

5. Credits & Subscriptions

  • Free credits may be available for new users
  • Pro subscriptions (coming soon) may provide additional credits and features
  • Credit availability and expiration terms are subject to change
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with appropriate notice

6. Generated Images

  • You retain ownership of images you upload
  • You grant us a license to process your images for the Service
  • Generated images are stored on Cloudflare R2 for download delivery
  • Watermarks may be applied to free results (planned)
  • Watermark-free downloads may be available with Pro plans (planned)

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding user content) are and will remain the exclusive property of AIChangeColor.com and its licensors.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AIChangeColor.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
